Following my dreams, I opened Mind Body Mirror! It is located at Azitala Yoga Studio in Elk River. I cannot be more excited and am so grateful for so many people's support and encouragement. Hopefully you can come and enjoy a session of bodywork, energy healing, hypnosis, coaching, or another integrative and holistic therapy.
